The employee profit sharing pool is based on 10% percent of the company’s Net profit which will be allocated for distribution at the end of each fiscal tax year. All employees will receive an earned bonus check based on his or her total yearly wages divided by the total restaurant payroll per year.
Projected Company Profit = $1, 723,907 x 10% = $172,391 employee profit sharing pool.

2.70 % x $172,391 = $4,655, Profit Sharing
Full Time Hourly Employee
Sous Chef: $33,320,000 wages / $1,594,098 Total Restaurant payroll = 2.10 %
2.10 % x $172,391 = $3,620, Profit Sharing
Employer provided health insurance coverage commonly called “Group Health Insurance Plan” will contribute toward Health Insurance for salaried and full time employees.
A simple multiplier of 10% for Salaried employees and 5% for Full Time hourly employees will be applied toward each individual’s projected yearly wages to determine the amount contributed by the employer.

Full Time Hourly Employee
Sous Chef: $33,320,000 wages x 5% = $1,666, company provided Health insurance
*Any employee electing to be enrolled in the company Health Care plan will have their contributing portion automatically deducted from their weekly paycheck.
Vacation time earned
For every hour worked up to 40 hours per week salaried and full time employees will earn .02041 hours toward paid Vacation time off.
If a salaried or full time employee works at least 40 hours per week for the calendar year his or her accrued personal leave for that year would be equal to 40 hours or 5 days Paid Vacation time off.
Example: 40 hours per week x 49 weeks = 1,960 calendar work hours x .02041 = 40.0 Hours accrued or 5 days paid Vacation time off.
Personal time earned
For every hour worked, salaried employees will earn .00817 hours per hour worked toward accrued Personal Vacation pay.
Example: 40 hours per week x 49 weeks = 1,960 calendar work hours x .00817 = 16.0 Hours accrued or 2 day paid Personal time off.
All salaried and full time employees will receive Holiday pay for the (10) Holiday days the restaurant will be closed on. In order for an employee to become eligible he or she must work full time or have been credited with 40 hours of time for the week prior to and for the week after any calendar holiday.

Charitable Time Earned
Since our company’s culture is built on good people it is extremely important for us to seek out, employee and reward those who represent us well throughout our restaurant community. With that purpose in mind every employee who engages in charitable time outside normal work hours, approved in advance by our Human Resources Department, will receive Charitable Time Earned.
For every hour you volunteer outside of a paid volunteer event, you will earn .10 hours toward Charitable Time Earned tabulated and defined as an individual line item on your pay stub.
Example: If you volunteered 4 hours per month for approved charitable events. 4.0 hours x 12 months = 48 Hours x .10 = 4.8 hours of charitable time earned.
*Attending organized Religious services may also qualify for Charitable Time Earned.
