15+ years of restaurant operating experience—demonstrating increasing levels of operational responsibility; a track-record of driving store-level operational and financial success; and experience developing, implementing, and maintaining outstanding performance management systems.
A proven record of successful management of 3+ stores of a leading national restaurant brand.

Reporting to our CEO, you will be responsible for day-to-day management and store performance
Performance management systems. Driving accountability at the store level for sales, profitability, asset and equipment maintenance, customer service, speed of service, proper staffing levels, team development, and culture.
Operational excellence. Providing on-site direction to Area Coaches/District Managers and their Store General Managers regarding effective staff recruitment, training, development, and management. Advising on company labor and HR policies, including safety, security, employee relations, scheduling, grievances, etc.
Market awareness & adoption. Driving local market engagement through community-based marketing initiatives with local schools, sporting teams, Chambers of Commerce, community associations, religious groups, etc.
Store assets management. Maintaining store assets in top-functioning condition, including vendor management for maintenance and repair services.
Operational planning & performance reporting. Developing quarterly budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and reporting on store performances and operating costs. Making recommendations and implementing solutions as needed.
