To achieve this mission I believe our business model has to be more than just your run of the mill sports bar. In order for us to become highly successful in the sports restaurant market we have to be bring a special identity or “niche” in what we do and how we present it to our customers. I have created a restaurant concept built on branding an idea literally from the ground up, from our in State Local Athletes to our local Farm to Table seasonal menu designs, everything we promote will be procured from the state of Connecticut so that we are genuinely Home Grown through and through. The unique theme accomplishes all of the goals in being the state specific “Sports Hall of Fame Restaurant” for Connecticut.
The concept achieves the perfect circle of perpetual Athlete evolution, a concept never achieved before in the restaurant industry! The evolution of the Athlete begins in our FUTURES Room where current local athletes in High School and College are featured. Once an Athlete has earned the opportunity to play professionally he or she will then be featured in the ALL-STATE Sports Bar, which will showcase present professional athletes. When an Athlete is no longer playing professionally their sports resume will be reviewed by the Board of Trustee’s who have the distinguished responsibility to determine who will meet “the standard of merit” to be showcased among our more prestigious retired athletes in LEGENDS Lounge. If an Athlete achieves the highest recognition in his or her specific sport of being elected into their sports “Hall of Fame” that in state athlete will then be featured in the HALL of FAME Dinning and Banquet Room. The evolution of a new Athlete is accomplished automatically, on a yearly basis, as new student athletes continue to evolve and grow the brand every year, with the natural ability to continue forever.
Equally as important to the Legends Grill CT theme is the seasonal Farm to Table hand crafted Menu Design’s. Recipe’s will be made up for each dining room from local seasonal farm sourced foods and organic herbs harvested throughout each of the states (4) different harvest seasons; spring, summer, winter, and fall. Those seasonal food menu’s will then be incorporated with the specific sports being played during those harvest season’s. It will be said Legends Grill CT celebrates homegrown agriculture much like it treasures its locally-raised athletes to provide patrons with “All the best that is Connecticut“. We will truly deliver the Home Grown feeling throughout our restaurant like no one has ever done before.
