EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Founder/Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/Director of Business Development

Steven S. Weronik

Legends Grill 1996-2000: Created, developed executed original business plan for upscale sports-themed restaurant. Identified site location, purchased property, and executed state and city tax abatement programs. Directed environmental site cleanup including hazardous oil tank removal, planned, organized and coordinated project development through initial renovations. Composed building additions and alterations specifications manual, historical accreditation application for the National Park Service in Washington D.C. and a complete finish project construction cost estimate of $1,500,000.

Legends Grill CT 2013-Present: Redeveloped the original Legends Grill sports restaurant concept into a national family sports restaurant business model. By continuing along the same path of showcasing past and present professional athletes raised in the state of Connecticut to now also include student athletes showcased in the FUTURES Room and Professional Athletes whom have been inducted into their respective sports Hall of Fame showcased in the HALL of FAME Dining and Banquet Room. In doing so closed the circle of perpetual Athlete evolution which automatically regenerates itself every year as new athletes grow giving our concept the natural ability to continue forever, a concept never achieved in the Restaurant industry, Period!

Re-designed the original building plan from 6,000 S.F. to 12,000 S.F., keeping the significance of the original (2) story standalone architectural brick structure, adding a 2nd Floor Kitchen to service LEGENDS Lounge, the “HALL OF FAME” Dinning & Banquet Room and the FUTURES Room on the 1st floor which will also house an interactive XBOX/EA SPORTS Mezzanine Theater above. A Retail Booth has been added in the ALL-STATE Sports Bar and a Broadcast Studio in LEGENDS Lounge to help increase overall sales revenue and market visibility through name recognition. Developed a new Marketing strategy that has expanded athlete presence and also put emphasis on our Trademark sports seasonal menu’s, hand crafted from locally sourced farm fresh foods and herbs for each of the (4) calendar season’s; spring, summer, fall and winter. A more advanced demographic analysis now draws a definitive target market to the Wallingford, CT area just north of our original location. This area has a Higher Average House Hold Income, Higher rate of High School Students & a population of close to 1 million people within the fifteen mile radius.
